For your body to be truly healthy and for you to be truly happy your life has to be fairly balanced in 6 Essential areas of your life. These areas are What you Eat What you Drink How you Breath How you rest/sleep How you exercise How you think Changes in lifestyle as taught by the Morter Health System, in these 6 areas of your life can have a dramatic impact on your health. Morter Health System has a very simple and common sense way of teaching how and why these things can unleash your body's natural healing powers. We have decided that the most fun way to share all of this information with you is to share some of the ways we are learning it all. Every time you come in for a B.E.S.T. balancing session in our relaxing "Garden Room" (we recommend once a week) we will lend you a CD or DVD to keep for a week. We recommend that you watch/listen to them more than once if possible before bringing it back at your next appointment. Be sure to remember to bring it back at your next session so we can lend you the next in the series!! To start we recommend that with your first session you choose DVD-"Morter March (or M Power March) & B.E.S.T. Release With this DVD you will be taught an awesome technique that you can do at home. The M Power (or Morter) March is a mini neurological update you can do for yourself. Done on a daily basis or more, can bring amazing balance to your life. It is also a tremendous tool in time of major stress or anxiety. Be sure to bring it back the next week so you can go home with another DVD.or CD. With your second session we recommend that you chose: DVD- "Getting the most from your treatments" This DVD gives you some basics of how to have the best impact on your health with your treatments. It also gives you a brief preview of the 6 Essentials program and why they are so important. After finishing these two sessions you can pick any of the amazing DVD or CDs we have available although we do strongly suggest starting the 6 Essentials Set at this point. They are about 6 essentials that you need to know to achieve optimum health and help your body heal itself and stay healthy. Most of us when we get aches and pains and get sick think there is something "going wrong" with our body and want to "fix" it. In reality our body is doing exactly what it needs to do to survive the conditions it is being put under. The symptoms are just the body's way of trying to show you what needs to be changed. 6 Essentials will help you understand what parts of your life are causing this survival mode and simple changes you can make in your life to have your body working in optimum mode instead of survival mode.
